You may be a beginner in SAP but should not be a fresher. The majority of employers hire SAP FICO Consultants who have some sort of work experience. This may not be in the SAP sector but at least 1-2 years of experience anywhere. SAP Consultant is a responsible position. Thus, employers want you should be able to understand corporate pressure, working norms, etc. So My suggestion is, to work for at least 1 – 2 years somewhere (maybe with any big or small company).
